Ore no Imoto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai: Goko Ruri aka Kuroneko

Another otaku who lives near Kirino, Ruri’s often wears gothic lolita clothing based on a character from her favorite anime. Her nickname, Kuroneko, comes from her love of wearing cat ears and tail in addition to her cosplays. Although she and Kirino often clash due to their strong personalities, she actually does care very much for Kirino.
Beautiful cosplay by Eki! I have a soft spot for gothic lolitas, and she really reminds me of Suigintou from Rozen Maiden.
